In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing jco69 in any manner — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the Platform — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jco69. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific or promotional rules expressly state otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on jco69 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jco69 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit and does not permit minors to access any betting or gaming services on the Platform.
• Residency: You must be an individual accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user. jco69 primarily targets players who are residents of or located in Indonesia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to your location.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jco69 account at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be the subject of any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion or cooling-off period on jco69 or any affiliated platform.
• Not a jco69 Employee: Current employees, contractors, or agents of jco69 and its affiliates are not permitted to hold a Member account.

jco69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending KYC completion.

When registering a jco69 account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a ground for immediate account termination without refund of bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jco69 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp.

• Password Security: Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection.
• Unauthorised Access: Notify jco69 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Activity: You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, until you formally notify jco69 of a security breach.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your jco69 account to any other person.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jco69 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts after written notice has been issued to the registered email address.

All financial transactions on jco69 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jco69 does not charge currency conversion fees; all deposits and withdrawals are processed in the same currency denomination without hidden charges.

Deposits. jco69 accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP — minimum deposit Rp 20.000, typically credited within 15–30 minutes.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — minimum deposit Rp 20.000, credited instantly upon confirmation.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard — subject to individual card issuer approval; processing times may vary.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Processing Time: jco69 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically received by the Member within one banking business day; e-wallet withdrawals are typically instant once approved.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
• Withdrawal Limits: Individual withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification tier and payment method. Members should contact support for their specific limits.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Clause 6 for full bonus terms.

jco69 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. Processing may be suspended pending the outcome of such review.

jco69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%); certain games may be excluded entirely. Check the specific promotion for contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated promotional window and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated from a free bonus (no-deposit bonus) may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: jco69 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, multiple account abuse, and collusion. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings confiscated, and the account may be permanently suspended.
• Seasonal Promotions: jco69 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Hari Kemerdekaan (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and limited validity windows.

jco69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited and in active wagering progress.

All bets and wagers placed on jco69 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each vertical. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once the Platform has confirmed acceptance and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system latency or connectivity interruptions may be voided at jco69's discretion.
• Odds and Pricing: All odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds confirmed on your bet receipt are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. jco69 reserves the right to void individual legs of a mix parlay if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or otherwise made void.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid suspension and re-opening. jco69 accepts no liability for bets attempted during a market suspension period; such bets will be automatically rejected by the system.
• Togel Markets: Draw results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are sourced from the official draw operators (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Pools, Sydney Pools). jco69 accepts no liability for errors in results sourced from third-party draw operators, subject to our dispute resolution procedure in Clause 12.
• Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot gacor titles on jco69 are supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (random number generator) systems independently audited for fairness.
• Poker Room: Online poker games on jco69 are player-vs-player. The house charges a rake on cash games and an entry fee on tournaments. Full poker room rules are published separately in the Poker Rules document accessible from the Online Poker section.
• Scratch Cards: Scratch card prizes are determined at the moment of card purchase by a certified RNG. No purchase can guarantee a win. All prize values are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah and credited instantly to the Member's account balance.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, jco69's decision — informed by official result sources and game logs — is final, subject to the formal dispute procedure in Clause 12.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jco69. Breach of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one jco69 account simultaneously, whether in your own name or through aliases, family members, or associates acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker games, team-based betting pools, or any scenario where shared information creates an asymmetric advantage.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Exploiting pricing discrepancies between jco69 and other operators in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or engaging in matched betting strategies using jco69 bonus funds.
• Bot and Automated Betting: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner without prior written consent from jco69.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to jco69, without first seeking resolution through jco69 support channels.
• Money Laundering: Using jco69 accounts as a mechanism for laundering funds of any origin. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable international AML standards.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or game engines.

jco69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, never a source of financial stress or personal harm. jco69 offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from jco69. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jco69.
• Use the jco69 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by jco69.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform by automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) is licensed to jco69 and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Any breach of these intellectual property provisions may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jco69 excludes all liability for the following:

• Betting Losses: jco69 accepts no liability for any financial losses arising from wagering activity on the Platform. All bets are placed at the Member's own risk.
• Service Interruptions: jco69 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events (including natural disasters, governmental actions, and network outages), and unanticipated technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. jco69 will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.
• Third-Party Content: Game outcomes determined by third-party studio RNG systems are outside jco69's direct control. While jco69 only partners with audited, licensed studios, the Platform accepts no liability for errors in individual game outcomes beyond the dispute procedure in Clause 12.
• Device and Connectivity Costs: You are responsible for all costs associated with accessing the Platform, including internet data charges, device maintenance, and any applicable taxes on your winnings under the law of your jurisdiction.
• Indirect and Consequential Loss: In no event shall jco69's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jco69's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jco69 holds its primary international operating licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and jco69 regarding bet settlement, account decisions, or these Terms, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected], providing your account username, bet reference number (where applicable), and a clear description of the issue. jco69 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: jco69's disputes team will investigate and provide a written decision within 10 business days. All game outcomes are reviewed against server-side logs and official result sources.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the internal decision, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jco69's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) entity will be provided in jco69's written response.

During the dispute resolution process, jco69 may temporarily restrict withdrawals from the relevant account. Any funds determined to be legitimately owed to the Member will be released promptly following resolution.

jco69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jco69 will provide reasonable notice by:

• Posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
• Sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each active Member account.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not materially alter your rights — may be made without advance notice.
